Everybody gets anxious sometime or another. This blend is comprised of herbs which are referred to as "nervines", meaning they are used to soothe the central nervous system.
This blend will not sedate you and can be taken at any time of the day. For best results take straight in your mouth, but you may dilute in a beverage as well. Practice your favorite breathing technique briefly after taking your dose.
If taken in your mouth, effects usually begin taking place in around 30 minutes, but everyone's body chemistry is different and results may vary.
If you are accustumed to pharmaceutical anti-anxiety medications, you may feel that this has unnoticable results. That is because while this is calming, it is not sedative.
