This blend is made with gentle calming herbs and is the perfect addition to your evening winding down ritual.
This blend contains a proprietary mix of herbs that i taste-tested several different mixtures of in order to get the proportions juuussst right.
It contains:
Passionflower, scullcap, lemonbalm, chamomile, lavender and licorice root.
If youâre not a fan of typical âblack licoriceâ flavor, never fear- licorice root doesnât taste like that at all! Itâs actually a natural sweetener. This blend is only mildly sweet, but it was the perfect addition to balance it all out.
